I will discuss issues that the church and/or Pastor need to be aware of; such as, negligence, agreements, etc.

Often churches have conflict that may involve Pastor, deacons or membership. I will offer concrete suggestions on how to resolve these matters.

The legal and financial matters of a church primarily falls under the auspices of the trustees. I will offer ways for the church to best protect herself.

Depending upon the size of your church, there may be a number of tax forms the church needs to be aware of; such as, W-2, 941, 1099, W-9, 990-EZ or 501(c)(3).
